Flip number two of the day for the Georgia Tech site is now complete.

After de-committing from Florida State earlier this month, four-star QB Jeff Sims has committed, and signed, with Georgia Tech.

Sims is the second quarterback commit in the class, and will also be the second early enrollee at the position.

As well as Florida State, Sims had other offers from Maryland, Auburn, Michigan, and several, several others.
