On Wednesday morning, in-front of all his teammates, classmates, and various media, Creekside LB Khatavian Franks signed with Georgia Tech, completing the flip from Louisville.

Franks had other offers from Virginia Tech, Colorado, Pitt, and Michigan State among others.

He joins teammate and close friend Tyson Meiguez on the Flats.
