Edgewater HS (Fla.) four-star 2023 athlete Cedric Baxter was an early commit for the new Florida State staff almost a year ago. He decommitted in April and he has been taking visits. He spoke with JOL about his trip to Atlanta from Orlando to visit the Flats.
