A week ago, we told you about Nick Nataro - who de-committed from Arizona less than 10 days ago, and showed up at the USF Saturday Night Live - and Wednesday night, he gave his commitment to the Bulls.

"I'm really excited for him," said Estero head coach Mark Jackson. "He's a great ball player and South Florida is a perfect fit. They use tight ends a lot in coach (Willie) Taggart's system."

For Nataro, it was a quick decision.

"I've been talking to USF for a while, and I got a great feel for all the coaches," Nataro said. "I just thought it was a great fit and close to home."

Nataro was 'a little nervous' at SNL - but made it happen. "It was a lot of fun, once I got going," Nataro said. "I was a little nervous at first, but once I got a couple of plays under my belt, I just had fun with it."

Nataro has been recruited by USF grad assistant and tight ends coach John Bills and defensive coach Raymond Woodie.

Nataro called USF head coach Willie Taggart to break the news.

"I just need to get down to the campus and get things started," Nataro said. "I'm looking forward to getting started."

Nataro wants the Wildcats to make it to the post-season.

"We want to work hard to make it to state," Nataro said. "I want to personally double my yardage this season. I had 500 yards last year, so I want to go for 1,000."

"I want to be up there as much as possible," Nataro added. "It's close to home and my family is excited to see me play close to home."
