Bailey Granier: Tulane says it has no room

Although Tulane has as many as four spots open in its 2014 recruiting class, don't look for South Lafourche offensive tackle Bailey Granier to fill one of them.

Granier, a three-star recruit who de-committed from Vanderbilt after former coach James Franklin left for Penn State over the weekend, said Tuesday Tulane offensive line coach John McDonell told him the Green Wave did not have room for another offensive lineman.

"What they basically told me is they are pretty much full with the offensive linemen they want to sign," he said. "He said he had to talk to (coach Curtis Johnson) and see what he says about the whole situation. At this point I'm just waiting to hear something if I do hear something at all."
