Hire UVA's Strength team under Groh. Will surely be better than Ciano's successor in my opinion.
We need a family oriented group of guys that can raise these kids well. Replace Peduski with Groh's team from Virginia. Unless Peduzzi is getting the job done. Maybe he is. The coaches should vote on whether they believe they are uniting the team well enough.
We need some guys who can establish family, like Ciano.
