What a selfish boneheaded play when you had VT stopped. Game changer. Guy should be called out by coaches.

as with #45 for the coots who twisted Dyers ankle in the Auburn game.

that play should have been long dead when it happened.

They were blowing the whistles. That was the problem. GT guys wouldn't let him go and the #45 took a shot at him.

#1. GT did not have one turnover the entire game. GT played perfect regarding turnovers and GT usually has one. If you are playing at home, Thursday night, everyone including the players know that a win means likely ACC Championship appearance, then there is no excuse for losing on your homefield unless the team you played obviously was better than you and outplayed you, especially considering you had no turnovers, but.....

#2 The point the national media and some fans love to "hide" or not talk about is.....VT drove the field, was about to score again and put the game nearly out of reach (not all the way out of reach, but put VT with a huge lead) and Wilson fumbled on your 12 yard line. Nobody talks about that. You were given a GIFT. The punch by 45 was a gift for VT, but it's unfair to say that gave the game to VT because we could easily say the fumble by Wilson gave the game to you guys. Remember, he didn't fumble at his own 12, he fumbled after VT drove all the way down the field and was about to score, then fumbled at the GT 12. The punch by 45 was a gift to VT, but GT had a gift the previous series with the Wilson fumble. The difference in the game wasn't necessarily VT's defense holding GT to 340 yards, but it was GT's inability to stop the VT offense which moved the ball at will and up and down the field. The GT defense hasn't been torched like that all year.

A FORCED turnover is not a gift. Now GTFO.
