Scrimmage Insider: Goodman making waves

Through the first five scrimmages the Seminole offense sliced and diced the defense both through the air and on the ground. That trend came to a screeching halt in Saturday's spring game when Mickey Andrews' defense forced seven turnovers and held the offense to under 300 total yards.
Jimbo Fisher's squad struck back on Monday.
In a half scrimmage that consisted of just over 20 plays, the offense racked up approximately 200 total yards. And if not for a quick whistle on sacks and a couple holding calls, that number would have been much bigger.
"It definitely brought back the confidence and everyone came out with the right attitude and it was a lot different than Saturday," quarterback Christian Ponder said. "We came out and were more relaxed. We had the attitude that we wanted to get better. It was totally different than it was Saturday."
