Notebook: Caulcrick, Saint-Dic ready for Penn State

SpartanMag.com Although a number of Michigan State football players have futures waiting them in the NFL, the entire Spartan team has been in the midst of experiencing the NFL playoffs.
Starting with last week's Purdue game, the Spartans have been treating the final weeks of the regular season as the playoffs, and this week's game against Penn State is the biggest playoff game yet with a trip to a super bowl on the line.
"The coaches, all of us, are treating this like a playoff game," said senior defensive end Jonal Saint-Dic. "The last game, Purdue, was our first round game. This is our second round game and if we get this done we have one more."
To get to the bowl game that the Spartans desire they will have to get by a Penn State team that presents a multitude of challenges.
"Penn State's a good team," Saint-Dic said. "I respect all my opponents. They have a good offensive line, they've got good receivers. We have to go out there and play every game like it's our last."
