DeSmet cornerback Robert Steeples has been a name to watch for many schools in the 2008 class. In the past few weeks, Steeples said, that has helped recruiting pick up steam.

The 6-foot Steeples has been talking to Missouri, Wake Forest, Iowa, Wisconsin and Colorado.
