Hix enjoys visit, is ready to sign his LOI
Texas will return both starters at the tackle position in 2007, but the Longhorns need to bring in some capable bodies up front and start grooming them for the future to replace guys like Tony Hills and Adam Ulatoski when the tandem eventually moves on.
One player that should figure into the future mix for a spot on the depth chart is Kyle Hix, a blue-chip tackle out of Aledo. The four-star prospect was in Austin last weekend for his official visit, and he said he enjoyed the chance to hang out with members of the Longhorn program.
