There is no denying the talent of Brenham, Texas, athlete Lester Ward.

Through eight games Ward has rushed for 645 yards and seven touchdowns on 88 carries. The 6-3, 185-pound back feels good about his performance so far, but he knows the best is yet to come.

Ward's performance has caught the attention of Notre Dame, Washington State, Florida State, Miami, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, and Oklahoma to name a few.
