Smith Feels At Home In Houston
The Houston Cougars entered last Friday with 16 verbal commitments in the 2014 recruiting class and only two of those commitments were at the wide receiver position. Fast forward to mid-day Monday and the Cougars now sat at 20 verbal commitments, five of which are at the wide receiver position.
Joining the ranks over the weekend at the receiver position was Bryan (TX) Rudder standout Isaiah Johnson, South Houston (TX) dual sport prospect Elton Dyer and River Ridge (LA) John Curtis pass catcher Henry Smith who came into Houston with River Ridge teammate George Moriera, who also holds an offer from the Cougars, to get a better look at the program.
