Mesquite (Texas) West Mesquite defensive end Dimarya Mixon has seen a couple of twists and turns over the course of his recruitment with the latest coming last week.

Mixon had Oklahoma high on his list, but Sooner coaches let him know early last week they no longer had room. The 6-3, 265-pound defender was caught off guard, but did not let himself get too far down.
