The University of Memphis received good news this morning when they received the signed National Letter of Intent that they were expecting from William Shaquille Goodwin. The form ended several days of consternation and hand-wringing in Tiger Nation. Speculation has centered on Goodwin keeping his options open; such speculation was wrong.
