Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral has had some high profile football recruits in recent years, and it has helped the younger Firebirds players get noticed for subsequent recruiting classes.

It may have been instrumental in junior-to-be quarterback Connor Brewer drawing his first two offers from Nebraska and Arizona State.
