Cats respond by whipping North Texas

GoPowercat.com OKLAHOMA CITY -- The last time the Kansas State Wildcats were coming off a loss to top-ranked Kansas, they fumbled and stumbled their way to an embarrassing loss. Such is the hurdle that is best team in college basketball. This time, after losing to KU in the Big 12 Tournament championship game, K-State tipped off the NCAA Tournament's West Regional with the type of focus and effort the Wildcats will need if it plans to meet KU one more time.
